You have access to technical user support if you have an active license file.

Technical user support terms

  • Licenses users have an access to the ticket system (SupportKC.exe).
  • Support team work time: 10 am - 7 pm (GMT +4; Moscow time) on weekdays.
  • In case you can't use the ticket system, you can send your question by e-mail to myonlinestudio@ya.ru.
