License updating

You can update your license file by yourself automatically.

In case the automatic license update service refuses your request or you have some problems with it, you can send a request to technical support. You need to do the following:

1. get the new HID (just run Key Collector - it will be written on the startup dialog);

   

2. create an e-mail message to myonlinestudio@ya.ru;
3. type the old HID, that you want to update, and a new one;
4. send e-mail from your current registered e-mail address (the address you have set when you ordered or moved your license).
